Event RSVP Policy
At Ile Oro, we value the participation and engagement of our community members in our events. To ensure smooth coordination and effective planning, we have established the following RSVP policy:

RSVP Deadline: Community members are requested to RSVP for events by the specified deadline mentioned in the event invitation. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and accommodations.

Confirmation: Upon receiving an RSVP, we appreciate a confirmation of attendance to help us accurately estimate the number of participants.

Attendance Commitment: RSVPs should be treated as a commitment to attend the event. If circumstances change and you are unable to attend after RSVPing, please inform us as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to participate.

Guests: Unless otherwise specified in the event invitation, guests accompanying community members should also RSVP separately to ensure adequate arrangements are made.

Late RSVPs: While we encourage early RSVPs, late RSVPs may be accepted based on availability. However, we cannot guarantee accommodation for late RSVPs.

No-Shows: Consistent no-shows without prior notification may affect eligibility for future events, as they hinder our ability to plan effectively.

Event Updates: Community members are encouraged to check for any updates or changes to event details after RSVPing, as circumstances may require adjustments.

Cancellation: In the event of event cancellation or rescheduling, registered participants will be notified promptly via the contact information provided during RSVP.
